Tilicho Peak

30 Days

Tilicho Peak climbing offers a formidable adventure in Nepal, rising to an elevation of 7135 meters in the Annapurna region. This challenging expedition unfolds against a backdrop of breathtaking Himalayan vistas, lush valleys, and diverse cultures, demanding exceptional physical fitness and climbing expertise. As a sought-after trekking peak, the ascent of Tilicho Peak begins in Beshishar, a scenic 6-7 hour drive from Kathmandu, following the renowned Annapurna Circuit trekking trails through Manang. Climbers pass through Khangsar and Tilicho Lake, receiving crucial training at the base camp in rope techniques and climbing skills. Typically spanning a minimum of 10 days, the climb culminates in reaching the summit.

BG Travel offers flexibility, allowing climbers to schedule the expedition throughout the year. Upon conquering Tilicho Peak, the descent retraces the path to Manang, offering the choice of traversing Thourng La Pass at 5416 meters or returning via the same route to Beshishar. This challenging and rewarding journey showcases the best of Nepal’s mountainous terrain and cultural diversity.
