Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1345meters)
Our designated airport representative will greet you upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, holding a signboard displaying BG Travel’s name outside the airport terminal. You will then be transported to your designated hotel in our private tourist vehicle. Enjoy your overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Pre-trip meeting and sightseeing around Kathmandu
Following the pre-trip meeting, your sightseeing excursion will commence at approximately 8:45 am. You’ll have exclusive access to a private vehicle and a knowledgeable tour guide. Our first stop is Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist monuments globally, where you can observe Buddhist monks engaged in prayer within the monastic complexes surrounding the stupa. Next, we’ll journey to Pashupatinath, the country’s renowned Hindu temple situated along the sacred Bagmati River. Here, you’ll witness Hindu ascetics (sadhus) deep in meditation, devotees bathing, and occasionally witness funeral pyres ablaze on the riverbanks. Subsequently, we’ll proceed to Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple, a Buddhist stupa situated atop a hill on the western outskirts, providing a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley. Rest for the night at the hotel.
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (820m) 7 hrs by tourist bus
We will embark on a journey to Pokhara from Kathmandu in the morning. Pokhara is located approximately 200 kilometers west of Kathmandu, and the drive typically takes 6-7 hours. Rest for the night at the hotel upon arrival.
Day 04: Fly to Jomsom (2,700m), assemble the bikes, and ride to Kagbeni (2,900m)
Today, we will board a morning flight from Pokhara to Jomsom. Upon arrival in Jomsom, we will proceed to bike to Kagbeni, situated at an altitude of 2,810 meters. Rest for the night at the hotel in Kagbeni.
Day 05: Ride from Kagbeni to Muktinath
Following breakfast, we will embark on a ride from Kagbeni to Muktinath, situated at approximately 2,760 meters above sea level. The terrain along the route is notably arid and reminiscent of a desert landscape. You may encounter a few trekkers and pilgrims, predominantly from India, making their way to the sacred temple housing the eternal flame in Muktinath, fueled by a natural gas source. Arriving at this culturally and religiously significant site, adorned with breathtaking mountain vistas, is indeed a noteworthy accomplishment. Rest for the night at the hotel in Muktinath.
Day 06: Ride from Muktinath to Chele
Following breakfast, we will embark on a ride to Chele, situated at an altitude of 3050 meters, from Muktinath. Rest for the night at the lodge in Chele.
Day 07: Ride from Chele to Syangboche
Today, we will journey from Chele to Syangboche, traversing biking trails that offer captivating scenery along the way. Rest for the night at the lodge in Syangboche.
Day 08: Ride from Syangboche to Charang
In the morning, we will embark on a ride from Syangboche to reach Charang, situated at an elevation of approximately 3,560 meters above sea level. Rest for the night at the lodge in Charang.
Day 09: Ride from Charang to Lo-Manthang
Today, we will ride from Charang to Lo-Manthang. Lo-Manthang, located at an altitude of 3,810 meters above sea level, was once the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Mustang. This place holds not only significant historical importance but also boasts rich cultural heritage. Rest for the night at the lodge in Lo-Manthang.
Day 10 & 11: Explore around Lo-Manthang
During these days, you’ll have the opportunity to rest and thoroughly explore the wonders of Lo-Manthang. Immerse yourself in its vibrant cultures, interact with the locals, and marvel at its unique geography. Rest for the night at the lodge in Lo-Manthang
Day 12: Ride from Lo-Manthang to Gami
Today, we will ride from Lo-Manthang to Gami, situated at an altitude of 3,520 meters. Rest for the night at the lodge in Gami.
Day 13: Ride from Gami to Samar
We will embark on a ride from Gami to Samar, located at an elevation of 3,520 meters above sea level. Rest for the night at the lodge in Samar.
Day 14: Ride from Samar to Chheusang
Our journey back to Kagbeni, at an altitude of 2,810 meters, begins from Samar. We will cycle downhill to Chheusang and spend the night at a lodge there.
Day 15: Ride from Chheusang to Kagbeni
We will ride uphill once more to Kagbeni and spend the night at a guesthouse there.
Day 16: Ride from Kagbeni to Tatopani
Today marks the longest ride of our entire tour, covering a distance of 74 kilometers from Kagbeni to Tatopani. Tatopani is situated at an elevation of over 1,190 meters above sea level. Rest for the night at a guesthouse in Tatopani.
Day 17: Ride from Tatopani to Beni and Drive to Pokhara
We will ride from Tatopani to Pokhara, covering an easy distance of about 18 kilometers. Upon arrival in Pokhara, we’ll engage in sightseeing activities around the city. Rest for the night at a hotel in Pokhara.
Day 18: Guided Activities at Pokhara in private vehicle or on Bike.
On this day, we will explore Phewa Lake, Davis Fall, and Mahendra Cave. After enjoying these attractions, we will rest for the night at a hotel.
Day 19: Pokhara to Kathmandu drive by Tourist vehicle, 7 Hrs.
We will return to Kathmandu by driving back. In the evening, we will enjoy a farewell dinner at a Nepalese restaurant featuring a cultural program. Rest for the night at the hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 20: Final Departure from Nepal.
